While we strive to accommodate site requests made by phone or email, we cannot guarantee a specific site. Check-in time is 12:00 PM (CST), and check-out time is 11:00 AM (CST) on your departure day. Please observe the 5 MPH speed limit throughout the park. Parking or driving on the grass is prohibited. Open flames or fires are not allowed, though gas and charcoal grills, as well as propane fire pits, are permitted when supervised. Please refrain from parking in or driving through unoccupied sites. RV sites do not allow stakes, and clotheslines are prohibited. Nothing should be tied to trees, including dog leads. Mechanical work on vehicles or RVs is not permitted at your site. Rugs or mats must be placed on the site, not on the grass. When departing, ensure all hookups are properly disconnected and no damage has been caused. Guests will be held accountable for any damage caused by negligence.

While we do not have breed restrictions, all pet owners must adhere to the pet rules. Pets must remain leashed and under their owner’s control at all times, except in the designated off-leash area at Paw-Paw Park. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in both the RV park and Paw-Paw Park. If needed, dog waste bags are available for purchase at the office, with an emergency dispenser located at Paw-Paw Park. Pets must not be left unattended outside your RV or at Paw-Paw Park. They are not permitted in the bathrooms, laundry room, or recreation hall. Pets must not disturb others with noise or cause any damage to the site or premises. Any damage caused by your pet is your responsibility. After two written warnings for rule violations, pets will no longer be allowed on the premises.

Children must be accompanied by an adult when visiting the playground. Any child who damages playground equipment or throws rocks will lose access to the area for the remainder of their stay. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) when using the pool or shower facilities. Children should not roam the park unattended or create disturbances. Bikes or scooters are not allowed around the shower house area.
